first day at work was a success!  i trimmed chicken and took the meat out of like 40 to 50 lobsters.   i’ve never even eaten a lobster let alone prepared that many.  my hands are all kinds of chopped up. i learned that as the season continues i’ll be doing mostly prep for events, so that’s pretty cool i think.
